Nicolas Henry is a humanitarian artist with cultural vision. He has photographed a series of images, which concentrate on the basic topic of human survival. With a deep historical vision, he viewed the basic condition of human civilization that is the core among all the civilizations on earth from the perspective of cultural anthropology. He also introduced the history and reality of all ethnic groups on earth by photographing with a kind and tolerant attitude.

Photographs created by Nicolas Henry are as delicate as fairy tale drama and full of magic imagination. By using setting and post-digital technology, he placed the characters he would like to photograph in the setting and created a whole plot. All the materials he used to set up the scene originate from daily life, thus building a connection between plot and real life.
